The Greater Bay Archipelago initiative promotes water-based sports, tourism and recreation, including boating and yachting, across the Greater Bay Area.

The Greater Bay Archipelago encompasses seven coastal municipalities in south China’s Guangdong Province — including Zhuhai, Shenzhen, Jiangmen, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Guangzhou, and Dongguan — as well as Macao and Hong Kong.
